The Moving with Nature Cards invite 15 pathways into creative movement & embodied exploration with the rich and diverse ecologies of life we are part of.

Designed for anyone wanting to explore movement with nature, the deck offers gentle and adaptable movement tasks for cultivating ecological awareness and creative expression with your local landscapes.

How to use the cards

Follow the pathways from ‘Arriving’ with Nature, all the way to ‘Becoming’ with Nature, or just pick any card and begin there. You may wish to bring a journal with you to sketch, or write about your experiences. I hope these cards bring you quiet moments of joy, inspire playful curiosity and offer new ways to explore your relationship with nature.

The deck is currently available as a downloadable PDF version for £15. If you're interested in purchasing a copy, please get in touch here.
