EMBODIED ECOLOGY ARTS

Embodied Ecology Arts was a collaborative, land-based project facilitated by Jess Tanner, Carla Esteves-Walmsley and Helen Lawrence. Taking place between 2012 and 2014, it brought together local communities and landscapes across ancient woodlands and heritage sites in rural Wiltshire and Somerset. Through workshops incorporating somatic, site-based land art, performance, and seasonal celebrations, participants explored relationships between body, ecology, and creative placemaking.
