A celebration of Spring Equinox at the wild haven of Bronhafod. We gathered around this time through a tea ceremony held by artist and steward of Bronhafod, Ella Gibbs, weaving in the many medicinal plants grown and harvested here on the land..moving into the afternoon we created willow 'portholes' for the living willow workshop space, coming together to welcome in the coming light.

 

These gatherings are spaces for women to come together in collective care and creativity, to spend time with the land together, to practice slowness, attentiveness, and listening. Each seasonal gathering is rooted in the rhythms of Bronhafod and center around working with natural materials, seasonal transitions, and collaborative making practices that honor emergence, reciprocity, and togetherness.
