Nature, Health, and Wellbeing Workshop for Plattform Haf Participants, Peak Cymru, 2022 

​"In Summer 2022, Platfform Haf brought together a group of eight young people to make, share, listen and imagine with artists, writers, geologists and activists. Gathering around ways of thinking about climate change, hope, power and collective making, the group explored kinship in nature, personal climate languages, deep time, resources of hope and how we carry questions for the future."

During this workshop, the group explored themes around kinship, deep listening, and the art of noticing as we wandered the townscape, allowing ourselves to be drawn to the green and growing life around us. Within the restorative spaces of Linda Vista Gardens, we spent time foraging for teas as we began to slow down to reflect on our own creative practices, our activism, and the ways we might draw on nature as a pathway for wellbeing.
